Delete your Smart Bondhu account
Use this form to ask us to delete your Smart Bondhu app account and the personal data linked to it. It's free, and you don't need to have the app installed.
Use the mobile number you signed up with so we can find and verify your account.
What happens next
- You get a request ID straight away.
- We call you or send a code to your registered number to confirm it's really you.
- Your data is deleted within 30 days, and we let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email and photo
- Saved addresses and location details
- Photos you uploaded and your enquiry history
- Notification tokens linked to your devices
What we may keep
- Invoices and payment records that Indian tax law requires us to keep, for up to 8 years
- Records needed to settle an open dispute or prevent fraud
